3- Unless otherwise stated, there is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4- By entering any competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6- Only one entry will be accepted per person unless otherwise stated

8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter via the most appropriate method, which may include but is not limited to, company newsletter, social media communication or blog post.

11- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

All prize details are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13- Winners will be chosen at random by a Third Party entrant picker software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents by two weeks to the close date of the competition as specified in these terms. 

14- The winner will be notified by the most appropriate method based on the entry method. This may include direct message (DM) on Social Media Platform or email within 28 days from the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15- The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered. The promoter is not responsible for any failed delivery attempts via postage courier, and any replacement prizes will be in the form of good will from the promoter. 

16- The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

19- The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

20- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award of the Prize took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will provide the first name, initial of the surname and the county of the Winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entry, to anyone who writes to the following address: THUMB SOLDIERS LTD, 6 REDMAYNE DRIVE, CHELMSFORD, ENGLAND, CM2 9AG within one month after the Closing Date.

21- The Promoter will bear the full cost of postage of the Prize to an address in the United Kingdom (excluding the Shetland Isles, Outer Hebrides, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Northern Ireland).

22- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. By entering entrants confirm that they are 13+ years of age, or of relevant age by supplying legal proof dependant on the competition requirements.

23- Unless specified, promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or any other Social Network. Specific Competition Terms and Conditions

* 2025 Game Giveaway

Route to entry, rules and other specific conditions for this competition are as follows:

1- Scan QR code from exhibition stand, sign up to Thumb Soldiers newsletter with entrants First Name and Email Address.

2- QR Code valid from 25 January 2025, adding to Klaviyo 'Exhibition Sign Ups' list.

3- Closing date for entry will be 7 days after 100 new email addresses have subscribed via the exhibition stand QR code, to Thumb Soldiers newsletter.

4- Winner will be selected during a draw completed a further 7 days after the closing date, and will notified via Email Address (supplied during entry) within 7 days of draw.

5- The prize is one video game, released before the winner's name is drawn on Xbox, Playstation or Switch platform, up to a maximum value of £75, and dependent on still being commercially available in the UK.

6- Proof of age will be required for any games chosen with PEGI 16 or PEGI 18 rating.
