UK Delivery
Free Royal Mail Tracked 48hr delivery automatically applied for orders over £20
24hr tracked delivery option available for £3.50, on all order values <£150
Only £1.99 for smaller orders <£20
We typically dispatch orders on the same day if placed before 1:30pm (Monday - Friday). All orders placed after 1:30pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note that we do not despatch on weekends or UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on Public Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

30 Day Risk Free Returns
Not sure about buying a Thumb Soldiers product? If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your product within 30 days for a full product refund. Simple
How to arrange a return
All return orders must be returned to our nominated address within 30 days from your purchase date.
Please contact our customer support team via returns@thumbsoldiers.co.uk to arrange a return. You will be emailed our address, please also include your customer and order information for identification purposes to enable prompt processing.
Shipping charges for the return of the order are the responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable. We always recommend selecting a Tracked or Recorded service as Thumb Soldiers cannot be held responsible for any undelivered or delayed returns.
Please note that additional delivery costs chosen at checkout where applicable, will not be refunded. This applies if an additional or upgraded delivery method is chosen such as Next Day.
When will I receive my refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2-5 business days.
You will receive an email notification from our store once your refund has been processed.
Please note that depending on the payment method you have chosen, it may take a few more days for the refund to appear on your statement.
As a general guideline (card payments), refunds can appear on your statement within 1-4 business days once they are issued, but can take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Damages and issues
Should you receive an item which is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us asap on info@thumbsoldiers.co.uk so we can make it right.
Deliveries outside UK
Prices are automatically determined at checkout based on the destination country and total weight of the order.
Minimum order value 20 GBP, excluding delivery costs
Transit times are generally between 7-10 working days, however these may be elongated due to processes outside of our control.
Our aim is for tracking details to be provided within 48-72 hours of order placement. Should you not receive these within 5 working days, or parcel has not been delivered within 20 working days, please contact us on info@thumbsoldiers.co.uk so we can investigate.
Deliveries to USA
- Shipping charge covers full door to door service, with USPS for destination fulfilment.
Deliveries to EU countries
- To ensure smooth and compliant delivery, all EU orders are processed under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme. This means local VAT is calculated and paid at checkout - so you won’t face unexpected customs fees or delays.
- Orders can also be made in Euros when placed via our Partner AccessibleGaming.be
Deliveries to other countries
(applies to non-EU European countries, Africa, Asia, Oceania, North & South America)
Shipments will be DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) incoterms - recipients of these deliveries may have to pay import duty, additional country taxes or formal customs entry charges.
If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed and any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise you check the custom duty threshold of the country you require your items to be sent to before you order as we cannot be held responsible for these additional costs.
